Illy, champion runner and the only care kid in school, doesn’t know who she is or where she came from. All she has from her Mum is her name and a scrap of old lace. When her social worker Kel finds Illy’s missing Life Story Book, can Illy and foster mum Jay put together the missing puzzle pieces of Illy’s past? ‘Illy Blue, Who Are You?’ follows Illy’s journey of discovery into her past and her worries about never really belonging anywhere. Can Illy learn to fully trust Jay? Will her journey lead to yet more disappointment or the resolution she so deeply needs? Written by Social Worker, Ellie Pulze, ‘Illy Blue: Who Are You?’ is a story for children everywhere and for all those who have ever wondered who they are and where they came from.
